Year
2025
Project Duration
2 weeks
Before beginning the creative direction of the event, I studied the visual identity and structure of Vritti’s previous foundation day celebrations to understand how the company had evolved over the years.
One statement made during the 18th Foundation Day became the core inspiration behind the entire event concept:
“Why Vritti Solutions Ltd.? We should be Vritti Solutions Unlimited.”
That statement eventually sparked the “Vritti Unlimited” vision within the company, and I decided to align the 20th Foundation Day around this idea of limitless growth, global expansion and future-forward thinking.
The research phase involved understanding:
the company’s evolving vision
audience engagement
experiential event design
corporate storytelling
stage presentation
spatial branding
print production
Daily meetings, negotiations, production discussions and vendor coordination became an important part of the process due to the scale and short execution timeline.
I was responsible for leading the overall branding and visual direction of the event alongside Nikhil Kadam, Design Head at Vritti.
This included:
stage branding
visual identity
event communication
print layouts
digital assets
presentation aesthetics
and overall experiential direction
The goal was to ensure that every visual element aligned with the company’s current positioning and global narrative.
One of the most valuable aspects of the project was understanding how ideas created digitally translate into large-scale physical execution. Through this process, I gained practical exposure to print production, material selection, installation planning and real-world branding execution.
The experience taught me how to maintain consistency between concept, design and final execution while working within practical limitations and tight deadlines.

The complete event was developed and executed within a short span of just two weeks, making planning, adaptability and execution extremely important.
Alongside branding and design responsibilities, I was also deeply involved in:
event planning
timeline structuring
run-through management
vendor coordination
production supervision
execution planning
and real-time problem solving
Several challenges and last-minute changes had to be managed overnight before the event, requiring constant coordination and quick decision-making.
During the execution phase, Shriraj Jamdade played an important role in helping me understand print production, fabrication and on-ground implementation, which helped ensure that the final output matched the original vision and design intent accurately.
The project became one of my most valuable learning experiences, allowing me to understand how branding, event direction, production and execution come together to create a meaningful large-scale experience.
The core concept behind the event was to visually and emotionally represent Vritti’s transition into a global organization while celebrating the people who built its foundation over the past 20 years.
The entire experience was designed around the idea of “Vritti Unlimited” — symbolizing expansion beyond limitations and reflecting the company’s future ambitions.
The event was intentionally planned to feel different from previous foundation days by introducing:
a modern visual identity
immersive branding
structured event flow
experience-driven moments
and a more global and premium atmosphere
Every segment of the event was thoughtfully planned to create engagement and emotional connection not only for the audience and team members, but especially for the directors and individuals who had been associated with the organization since its early years.
